Becoming A Character-Driven Officer

This class is based on the warrior-guardian model and is designed for the new environment in which officers find themselves today. Whether you are a new officer wanting to learn how to make quick, quality decisions in the field or a veteran officer wanting to see a new way to police in the 21st century, this class is for you. With a focus on decision-making, the mindset of an officer, and deciding the type of officer you wish to be, this 2.5-day, 20 hours of instruction will give you new skills and a new mindset toward your profession.
